This Agreement, as negotiated herein, is entered into by and between Attic Pro Company and Customer

Attic Pro Company’s Obligation: Attic Pro Company shall provide the services described on the front of this Agreement consistent with Attic Pro Company’s standard practices and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Promised Results And Hidden Conditions:

Customer understands and agrees that these cleaning and restoration services may not totally clean or remove all contaminants, odors, stains or damages in all areas, even after diligent and reasonable efforts by Attic Pro Company, and Customer agrees that no such guarantees, warranties or representations as to results or levels of decontamination, cleanliness or restoration are made by Attic Pro Company except as stated in writing in this Agreement. Customer further acknowledges that there may be hidden or unknown conditions that would affect the cleaning and restoration process used by Attic Pro Company and Customer agrees that Attic Pro Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by any hidden stains, etc. Customer acknowledges that new materials used in restoration may not precisely match existing texture, type, material or color. Prior to Attic Pro Company’s arrival, Customer shall notify Attic Pro Company of any preexisting or damaged conditions and shall remove all valuables and breakable items from the area where services may be performed, and Customer shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting there from.

Waiver Of Claim For Damages:

This is to inform you that there is a possibility of damage to the; insulation, ceiling, ducting, plumbing, roofing, gutters, and any personal items, during the course of our work. With full knowledge thereof, I (we) hold harmless Attic Pro Company from any entire risk of damage during the course of work on this property. We assume no responsibility for damage to any electrical wiring, plumbing including water lines, drain lines, gas lines, electrical lines, etc. that may occur in the process of drilling into walls of treatment. It is the owner’s responsibility to identify and clearly mark concealed lines in any areas of treatment prior to the start of the service. We will exercise care, but assume no responsibility for cracks, chipping or other damages to floor, walls; wood trim or other woodwork; stucco, plywood.

Warranties and Limitation of Damage:

Attic Pro Company warrants to Customer (and to no other person or entity) that all work will be completed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with Attic Pro Company’s standard practices, In the event of any defect in the services provided by Attic Pro Company, Customer’s exclusive remedy shall be (i) correction of same by reservice, retreatment, adjustment or repair; or at Attic Pro Company’s option, (ii) refund of all sums paid on the portion of the work which is not as warranted. All warranties are void if customer does not keep up with company’s maintenance program. Attic Pro Company does NOT guarantee or warranty work done by others we are not responsible for work completed by others, recommended or not, including work done by the owner. There will be a charge for all re-inspection. THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY, AND IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF All OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, HABITABILITY, WORKMANSHIP, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DENIED BY ATTIC PRO COMPANY AND WAIVED BY CUSTOMER. IN NO EVENT SHALL ATTIC PRO COMPANY BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER UNDER ANY THEORY FOR ANY ANTICIPATED OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, AND ATTIC PRO COMPANY’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE SERVICES RENDERED BY ATTIC PRO COMPANY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT PRICE PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED HEREIN.

Use of Chemicals:

Customer is advised that a potential health risk may occur as a result of the application of cleaning agents, deodorizer, sanitizers, micro biocides, or any other chemical (Referred to as the “Chemicals”), used in the services as described on the front of this agreement. The Customer acknowledges reading a copy of the Material Safety Data Sheets (written by the manufacturers) of Chemicals used in performing the services. Customer further represents that he/she accepts the risks as set forth herein. Customer herby releases and forever discharges Attic Pro Company and it’s agents, principals, owners, shareholders, directors, managers, and employees from any and all claims as to injuries, damages, and health problems of any nature, whether known or unknown, suffered as a result of the application of the Chemicals.

Completion Certificates:

Upon completion of the services, or any segment thereof, Customer will on request execute such instrument as Attic Pro Company may reasonably request acknowledging completion of the services. Customer agrees to inspect the services immediately upon completion, and notify Attic Pro Company’s crew of any complaints before they leave. To the extent that they may validly do so, the parties agree that the services will be deemed to be fully acceptable if no notice of any defect in materials or workmanship is received by Attic Pro Company in writing within 3 days of completion of services. No Other Agreements or Representations: This Agreement and any attachments hereto constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all proposals, prior agreements and representations, oral or written, and all communications between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. No representative of Attic Pro Company has authority to make representations, guarantees, warranties, agreements or other promises other than as are expressly set forth in this Agreement, and this Agreement shall not be varied by any agreement or representation other than an instrument in writing executed by the dully authorized officer of Attic Pro Company and Customer.

Refund Policy:

There is no refund given for any products, services, etc. distributed by Attic Pro Company In case of defect, notify the company in writing immediately, and a replacement will be provided within 30 days. Prices based on square footage are approximate and cannot be renegotiated after service is completed.


Interest. Payments are due upon completion of work to Attic Pro Company mount owing the Attic Pro Company and not paid within 30 days after due date shall bear interest at the lesser of 18% per annum or the highest lawful interest rate until paid. All returned checks are subject to a $35 fee per incident. Dispute Resolution: Customer agrees to notify Company of all complaints in writing, and allow Company to inspect and/or correct any deficiencies in the services. Customer and Attic Pro Company agree that all disputes, controversies or claims regarding the inadequacy of services between Customer and Attic Pro Company arising from or relating to this Agreement, and/or the services to be provided by Attic Pro Company shall be submitted to nonbinding mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures. The award of the arbitrator in any such proceeding shall be final and binding upon both parties, and either party may apply to an appropriate court to enforce such award, if necessary.


Should Attic Pro Company be required to bring an action to enforce the terms hereof or declare rights hereunder, then Attic Pro Company shall be entitled to recover from Customer all costs and reasonable attorney’s fees required in asserting its rights under this Agreement in any action, arbitration, trial or appeal.

Hole Sealing:

Rodents in their nature will find any small route of entry. If none exists, they will, most likely, chew a hole. Since there it is very common for rodents to make new holes at any given time, our hole sealing service is NOT 100% proof from the rodent’s return. Anti-Rodent Light: Product comes with manufacturer’s warranty for electronics located in Strobe housing. The Manufacturer may change the policy at any time.


You may cancel this contract at any time before midnight of the third business day after receiving a copy of this contract. If you wish to cancel this contract this contract, you must either; 1. Send a signed a dated written notice of cancellation by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; or 2. Personally deliver a signed a dated written notice of cancellation.

If you cancel this contract within the three day period, you are entitled to a full refund of your money. Refunds must be made within 30 days of the contractor’s receipt of the cancellation notice. Deposit for any services cancelled less than 24 hours prior the service date will not be refunded.

Customer Agrees:

●I agree to allow all treated surfaces to dry, set-in before allowing people and pets to come in contact with the treated areas

●I agree to provide access to my property on the day of service

●I agree it is the responsibility of the owner or owner’s agent to disclose any known defects or repairs made that may conceal hidden damages, infestations or infections of the structure (s) that may not be given in this report.

We do not service attics equipped with pressurized fire sprinkler system and/or cross linked polyethylene (PEX) pressurized water supply, unless the consumer employs a licensed C-16 fire- protection contractor and/ or subcontractors can gain access to the attic for any inspection, repairs, or treatment.

If your home is equipped with a pressurized fire sprinkler system and/or (PEX) polyethylene pressurized water supply system, you are advised to employ a licensed C-16 fire protection contractor and/or C-36 plumbing contractor to drain and disable the pressurize system(s) before our employees or subcontractors can gain access to the attic for any inspections, repairs or treatments. Due to the fragility of pressurized fire sprinkler system and/or (PEX) polyethylene pressurized water supply systems we cannot accept responsibility for damage to the system that may be caused inadvertently by our activities in the attic. Your C-16 fire protection contractor and/or licensed C-36 plumbing contractor will need to inspect and re- establish the systems after we have finished the work you have hired us to do in the attic.

Sales are not final unless approved by Attic Pro Company Management. You will be notified in writing if any changes are made to the rates or prices.

Attic Pro Company is The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall insure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns.
